Our tenants informed us that the heater had stopped working, on a Friday, in the middle of December. I spoke Terry and he was amazing. He accessed the issue outside of normal working hours and attempted to find the necessary part over the weekend. Since the repair could not be completed because of accessibility to the part, he left the tenants with heaters to ensure their comfort. Once the part was available, the repair was completed immediately. I very much appreciate his professionalism, promptness and dedication and will continue to call Terry any time an issue arises. Thanks Terry!

Terry is a great and trustworthy guy that knows his trade. He walked me through purchasing a new furnace and helping me compare the different units/pricing. He also repaired and did a full clean on our older A/C unit while explaining the entire process. He even reminds me about my bi-yearly free servicing of my units. It is with great pleasure that I submit this glowing review regarding Terry Wolfgang and his company Quality Residential HVAC. Very seldom does a family enjoy the investment of a furnace heating and air conditioning system. Terry has a fun and gregarious personality enveloped in significant years of experience and another several years of intensive specialty education and training. We encountered several unforeseen challenges and (confusing to me) obstacles. Terry was not only extremely knowledgeable, but very well equipped. The entire state-of-the-art furnace replacement went smoothly and as perfectly as possible. Thank you, Terry!

Our furnace wasn't working. It got down to 59° in the house. He made the time to be here shortly after 9AM to fix us up. We're warm now!

For all the right reasons I have to give Terry 5 Stars for his work. Most important was that he knows his business. After 2 days without A/C, and in the 90's, I finally found Terry, who was willing to come and fix our unit, same day I called. After 2hrs, fixed, cleaned and serviced, now running great. He knows his business and enjoys what he is doing and shows pride in his work. So glad I found him.

Terry, was the ultimate professional. He was here when he said he would be, did what he said he would do, and cleaned up when he was done. He is very knowledgable about all things heating and cooling related. His prices are reasonable and fair. We have set up a annual inspection schedule with him and are looking at doing another project in our shop building. It's nice to finally find an HVAC guy you can trust to not screw you over.
